super clean room free parking tea selection cold room colder bathroom window condensation
the room was super clean! it was a double room, and i found plenty of tea and coffee available. parking was easy with free on-street options nearby, which i definitely appreciated.
The room was a bit cold (even with the heating on), which wasn't ideal. the bathroom felt even colder, especially when showering. i also noticed some condensation on the window in the morning. A minor issue, but worth mentioning.

cramped bathroom poor heating
I was not impressed with the bathroom. It felt cramped. the shower was tiny. also. the room felt quite cold. The heating struggled to warm it up adequately. i really think they need to improve the heating system

The room had lovely bedding. The host provided excellent communication both before and . I felt welcomed as a valued guest. The location is good with a short walk to town.

lovely coastal stay
cooked breakfast lovely views spacious room helpful staff
hilary called me on saturday after i had messaged about arriving early, she said i could check in anytime. the hotel is a short walk to town with lovely views. the room was spacious on the first floor, it had everything i needed, the staff couldn't do enough. the cooked breakfast was delivered hot, i will definitely book again.

the hotel is in a quiet area. it's a five minute walk to the seafront. the hotel is a 15/20 minute walk to the town. the cliff lift is nearby, so convenient.

on street parking coffee facilities cold room window condensation
i found free on street parking easily near the hotel. the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean with tea and coffee making facilities provided
the room i stayed in felt cold i had to use the heater. there was condensation on the window in the morning this bothered me a little
